I’m a 35-year-old web developer from Buffalo.
I specialize in WordPress development and repair. That means themes, plugins, front end, back end, and way-the-hell-backend in the MySQL database. And error codes. Especially error codes. I love error codes.
Stuff I therefore know how to do:
- PHP/MySQL
- HTML/CSS
- Javascript/jQuery
- PSD to WordPress
- Highly-customized site functionality using custom plugins and custom themes.
In particular, I have a lot of experience with e-commerce on a bunch of different WordPress plugins, membership sites, and I’ve done unspeakable things to sites built around The Events Calendar Pro, Gravity Forms, Wishlist Member and Woo Commerce. I’m perfectly happy noodling around the LAMP stack, I’m quite good with hosting issues, email, and sprinkling Google into your site and workflow (Google Apps For Business, Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, etc.). I can code up an HTML email with a minimum of whining, I’ve worked with Salesforce, Marketo, MailChimp, Constant Contact, and all sorts of other SaaS things. I’m just sort of handy to have around, ya know?

Other Stuff
I do other things besides WordPress. I can work in non-WordPress CMS’s, for instance. I can do static sites. I’m a reasonably competent copywriter, in a pinch. I’m an experienced podcaster and audio producer, and I make music. I’ve produced live web video. I’ve forgotten more about Adobe Acrobat Pro than most people will ever know. I designed a game once.
